IICPE 2018 welcomes high quality papers containing original research work that has not been published and/or submitted for publication elsewhere. IEEE anti plagiarism policy will be applicable to all submissions and the author(s) will be held accountable for any plagiarized submissions. The IEEE anti-plagiarism policy may be viewed at:-
Paper Format and Templates
All submissions are required to follow the IEEE format. Microsoft Word template and the Latex template along with instructions on paper preparation may be downloaded at:-
Paper Submission Guidelines
Each submission must comply with the following:
All papers must be submitted in PDF file.
Paper length must be between 4-6 pages. Papers less than 4 pages and more than 6 pages may not be considered for review.
Fonts: Times New Roman, Embed all fonts in your PDF file.
Do not page number the paper.
Do not apply security settings to the PDF file.
Steps for submission
Step 1. To submit your paper, log in to the submission website. If you do not have an account, please create one with the necessary details using the same link and selecting the Create Account option.
Step 2. Once logged into the Author Console on Microsoft CMT, click on ‘Create New Submission’ to start. From the drop down menu, select the most suitable track for your submission. The details of the tracks may be found under Call for Papers.
Step 3. On selecting the suitable track, Create New Submission page will open. Follow the on-screen instructions and fill out the necessary fields.
Step 4. Include names of all authors and co-authors (If a co-author is not already registered on Microsoft CMT, you will be asked to add the author). Also ensure that Primary Contact is indicated
Note: Please make sure that there are no spaces between or after the email address.
Step 5. Upload your paper in .doc, .docx or .pdf format and Submit!
The submission website does not automatically send a confirmation email. If you would like a confirmation email regarding the submission for your records, please go to the Author Console on the CMT website and click on the paper ID. This should take you to a summary page about your submission. On the top right corner, there is an option for sending an email to the author(s).
All submitted papers will be subjected to a plagiarism check and the papers with a similarity index greater than 30% will be rejected without review.
All accepted papers are required to be uploaded in the final Camera Ready Format.
All accepted and presented papers/posters will be submitted for possible inclusion on IEEE Xplore. Furthermore, as IICPE 2018 is sponsored by IEEE IAS Society, exemplary papers may be recommended for publication in IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications.
